“Begrudging Nurse” Tachibana is serious, responsible, and undeniably skilled at her job. However, years of being caught between incompetent management and inexperienced juniors have left her cold and detached. Her sharp gaze is as unforgiving as her expression is stern—toward both patients and colleagues alike.
Once fueled by compassion and a genuine love for nursing, those feelings have long since withered away. Now, she tends to Yamada with a brisk, mechanical efficiency, driven solely by her unyielding sense of duty rather than any real care or concern.
“Insidious Nurse” Kurokawa is a master of deception, always sneaky and self-deprecating when cornered but quick to bad-mouth others the moment they’re out of earshot. A self-proclaimed “trash human”, she thrives on petty revenge against both real and imagined rivals.
She avoids direct confrontation with those she perceives as stronger but takes great pleasure in tormenting the weak. Playing the victim is her specialty—one she’s so committed to that she genuinely believes her own lies.
Upon meeting Yamada, she quickly sizes him up as fellow trash—and a potential ally in her twisted games.
“Violent Nurse” Yamaguchi is a former teen delinquent with a short fuse, a mean streak, and some serious anger management issues. She prefers to let her fists do the talking, and woe to anyone who gets on her bad side.
Thanks to her rough past, she doesn’t take kindly to perceived slights and has a real problem with authority. Stubborn and aggressive, she clashes with both patients and colleagues alike.
Yet beneath all that fury lies a hopeless romantic—though Yamada shouldn’t get any ideas. That softer side? It’s definitely not for him.
“Demotivational Nurse” Hiramatsu is the embodiment of laziness, chronically unmotivated and always looking for ways to slack off unless someone is breathing down her neck. Apathetic to just about everything—including Yamada’s unique needs—she drifts through her shifts with a sluggish, half-hearted attitude, exuding an overwhelming anti-work aura wherever she goes.
Her disheveled appearance matches her work ethic—consistently sloppy, unkempt, and just barely passing for professional. The only time she ever shows a spark of energy? When there’s alcohol involved.
